WHOLESALE SHIPPING INFORMATIONSisters Gourmet is located in Winder, Georgia, just outside of Atlanta. We ship
Monday through Friday via FedEx Ground. All in-stock orders should be received within
7 to 10 business days. Orders placed for in-stock items before 12 p.m. EST have the
option of being sent FedEx Express for an additional charge. Should you wish to track
your package online, simply call our shipping department for a tracking number. There
is an additional cost to ship to either a residential or rural address. Should you
require your order to ship via a carrier other than FedEx, please contact our shipping
department at 877-338-1388.
Shipping outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states?If you are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally,
please complete your order and submit for processing. A customer service
representative will contact you within 48 hours to provide you with accurate
shipping costs. If you would like a quote for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii
or Puerto Rico prior to submitting your order, please call us at 877-338-1388.
SUMMER SHIPPINGDue to the potential melting of product as a result of the summer heat, shipping
jar mixes during the summer is discouraged and done at the customers’ risk. Boxed mixes may be
shipped year-round.
